Need a comfy, cozy, spacious spot for your next book club, baby shower, or wine night?

Walk through the door of this office space and you might be surprised. After walking through the door you immediately enter into a spacious area that functions as a lobby, but looks like a living and dining room. The eclectic mid century modern space has mid-toned wood floors, plants, cozy sitting areas, a beautiful community table, and a generous coffee and tea bar. The space has 6 individual office spaces, and all are available to rent for use as well. The space also has a kitchen space with a fridge and sink.

This is a very multifunctional space; our business uses it for various events and workshops (from yoga, to painting, to meetings, to wine nights) and office spaces are used for virtual and in-person therapy. The office has plenty of parking, and could be used as a comfortable meeting space for an off site work outing, office photo/video shoot, or workshop. A lot of thought went into appointing the space, and the overwhelming feedback is that it's spacious, comfortable, and aesthetically beautiful.

Entire Suite (including 6 offices): $100/hour, 3 hour minimum.
Individual office: $45/hour (2 hour minimum) or $240 for the whole day.
Available mostly on select Saturdays & Sundays.

- 6 offices (2 large - seats 5-7, 4 small - seats 3-4)
- No smoking in or around the building
- Outside catering & alcohol is allowed
- No animals allowed except for service animals
- Children must be accompanied at all times
- Office desks, cabinets, and drawers must not be opened
- Must leave space & furnitures in original condition
- Trash must be thrown in the bins in the parking lot
- No loud music
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
