Heal, thenFlourish.

Tons of people think that therapy is like going to the dentist (no offense!):

  • You’re gonna bare your soul to a complete stranger who’s holding a godawful-looking power drill

  • They’re gonna dig up all sorts of gunk you already feel ashamed about (maybe judge you for not “flossing”)

  • You’re gonna feel completely powerless to speak up for yourself

  • You’re dreading sessions and are just looking forward to get it all over with

Ultimately, therapy is about helping you reconnect with your CORE - who you are, what you need, what you want.

It’s not just about putting out the fires, but addressing what caused the fires so you’re FREED UP to build the life and relationships you’ve always dreamed of.

What’s your Flow State like?

When was the last time you really felt EXCITED and ENERGIZED, when you just lost yourself in doing something you truly LOVE, losing track of time because you’re so IN it?

I used to think that therapy was all about crying, until I healed enough of my own pain to ENJOY the present and DREAM BIG about the future I want.

Once I learned how to have my emotions work WITH (not AGAINST) me, I used the therapy space to imagine what matters most to me and take action to turn them into reality.

What are all the things you’ve always wanted that you put on hold because:

  • Shit hit the fan and you had to deal with one crisis after another?

  • You put others’ needs first (and felt selfish about caring for yourself)?

  • You struggle with feeling you’re not good enough?

My dream? To be a Dream Activator.

I learned recently that I’m more of a therapeutic entrepreneur than an entrepreneurial therapist.

Havenly is my third dream baby, after OliveMe Counseling (my therapy practice) and Intelligent Emotions (my online course on feelings).

I’m STOKED to help you discover your deepest passions and to make them actually happen personally, relationally, and professionally.

If you have BIG dreams but are:

  • scared shitless about all the backend stuff (finances, marketing, websites)

  • struggle with Imposter Syndrome, Comparisonitis, or procrastination

  • feeling lost, unsure, and anxious while burned out

  • an outlier who marches to the beat of your own drum

  • are either POC, LGBTQ+, female business owner badass, from an immigrant family…

This is my jam, and I’m your gal!
